What's the commitment?

Monthly retainer, no lock-in: if it's not working, we part ways with 30 days notice. No hard feelings.

Do you manage our team?

No. I work as an IC (individual contributor). I work alongside your team on strategy, not managing them.

What about the timezone compatibility?

I'm São Paulo-based (UTC-3), overlaps US East Coast mornings and Europe afternoons. We can also work async for the rest.
